Medical Oversight

All services are directed by a licensed medical provider who independently evaluates patients and determines treatment plans, including the initiation of all medical orders and ongoing treatments and/or orders. Registered Nurses administer care in accordance with these provider-established orders.

Telehealth & Prescribing

Telehealth consultations are conducted by licensed medical providers in accordance with applicable telehealth regulations. During a telehealth consultation, the provider will review your medical history, symptoms, and treatment goals to determine whether services or medications are appropriate.

Not all patients will qualify for treatment. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and at the sole discretion of the licensed provider. Additional evaluation or in-person care may be recommended when necessary.

Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing may require an order from a licensed provider when required by law. Final costs vary depending on the tests ordered and the location where the blood draw is performed. Laboratory testing panel pricing is separate from blood draw or service fees.

NAD+ Therapy

NAD+ therapy is prescribed only after consultation with a licensed medical provider and when medically appropriate. NAD+ formulations may be prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulations and pharmacy standards.

Medical Weight Loss & GLP-1 Medications

GLP-1 medications are prescription medications that require evaluation and prescription by a licensed medical provider when medically appropriate. Final pricing may vary depending on the prescribed dose, treatment plan, and frequency.

When clinically appropriate, medications may be prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy in accordance with applicable pharmacy regulations.

Mobile Medical Services

Our mobile services are designed for non-emergency wellness and medical support. Mobile IV therapy, laboratory services, and telehealth consultations are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Service availability may vary depending on provider schedules, geographic service areas, and clinical appropriateness.

Nutrient & Wellness Therapies

IV therapies and nutrient infusions may include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients commonly used to support general wellness. These therapies are intended to support hydration and wellness and should not replace care from your primary healthcare provider.
